We are an independent café concept in the region that specializes in locally roasted Fair Trade and Organic coffee. We are dedicated to showing you that fresher coffee always tastes better.
Our roasting facility is located on site – our pots are always filled with the freshest, small batch, artisan roasted beans which are sourced directly from the farmers in Colombia, Brazil, Guatemala and Rwanda as well as Fair Trade and Rain Forest Alliance Organic varieties.
Come and sip your cares away with over 20 origins and blends, or take a bag to enjoy every morning at home. Our primary focus is to ensure that you get the best cup of coffee every time, and we use sustainable practices.
All cups and bags that leave Serrinia Café are fully compostable, and we encourage you to bring your own travel mug from home.
